Management Partnership
The 3Roots Fit & Rec Center is owned by the 3Roots community and operated under a professional management agreement with Fit. Through a partnership with Lennar and Shea, Fit was selected to design and manage this wellness destination exclusively for 3Roots residents, ensuring an elevated performance environment.
Membership is included in homeowners’ association fees, giving every resident access to Fit’s full range of offerings, personal training, group fitness, recovery amenities, and community-driven social events. By serving as the dedicated wellness hub, the 3Roots Fit & Rec Center embodies Fit’s holistic approach to mind and body wellness, elevating the everyday lifestyle of 3Roots residents.
