Based in San Diego, Mindwater Coffee is a Latin and LGBTQ-owned small-batch coffee roaster inspired by fika, the Swedish ritual of slowing down and connecting. We source premium, sustainably grown beans from Latin America and craft coffee that brings people together through culture, community, and conversation.
